If I rememeber correctly, its actually illegal for kids less than 16 to have sex. Yes, you heard right, its plain illegal. EDIT: just to clarify, even with each other (ie, two 15 year kids having sex open themsleves up to rape charges. Both of them. So a 17 year old kid who has consensual sex with his 17 year old girlfriend can be charged with statutory rape as an adult.
