He's home. Probably in bed by now. We're very low key. In fact, our plans for tonight were not any different than they might be for any other Saturday night. I guess I just feel hurt because I think he was trying to make a point (albeit, probably unconsciously) that Valentine's Day means nothing to him.
I find it hurtful because we've, up to this point, not given gifts for any holidays, instead opting for spending time together, which is more meaningful. Tonight he withheld from me the one thing we both deem most important, significant because of the date.
It's not the end of the world, by any means. Life goes on. As for your question, about whether or not he were off jumping...if he were up for that, you better believe I'd be all over him when he got back. But only in a good way
