NewGuy2005 53 #1 February 15, 2009 Myself and a guy I work with are going to be in Central California for a class next week. We were planning on going to Big Sur on Saturday for some photography but the weather is looking pretty bad. What's something good to do on a rainy Saturday in the Modesto-San Francisco-Sacramento area?

LisaH 0 #11 February 16, 2009 I agree that the aquarium is awesome. A must see! But dayem, those seals are LOUD. Morro Bay, gotta go see the rock. Big Sur, there is a very nice restaurant on the cliff overlooking the ocean, the view is spectacular while being nestled among beautiful trees. Dang, now I want to drive up the coast. Have fun!! LongWayToFall 0 #14 February 16, 2009 I can't believe you would suggest that to someone who doesn't know what it is! Hahaha! Whatever you do man, don't go to power exchange. Although I think it would certainly qualify for your requirement of being "unique" BTW there is a wind tunnel in the east bay.

I have a lot of fond memories...I looked at their website... and itlooks like they are moving... Can't wait to see the new digs when they open.
