There is no way I can replace my couch for that price nor my mattresses. One of the missing items is very special snowboard.It was in a bag with a few other items. That board means so much to me you have no idea. d_squared431 0 #55 February 23, 2009 I just received the claim forms and they are now saying 60cents per damàge and or lost item. They are also saying the damage to the wall from the mover dropping my couch and putting a dent in it is an item. Dumb fucks have no clue as to what an item is. A wall is not an item. But if they go by wt that one item will add up. I was told 15-120 business days once I have completed the form and faxed them back to them. Then they will determine what I should be compensated for. Almost not worth the hastle at all.
