yoink 321 #1 February 23, 2009 I'm having to write a job specification that will be used in the US later this year, but more immediately as part of my visa application for my move to California. Our UK one talks about 'Bachelor' and 'Masters' degrees as levels of competancy. Do these terms translate to the US, or do you guys call them something else? If they don't translate, a Bachelor degree is usually the first degree taken at university and is generally a 3 or 4 year course, from the age of 18. A Masters is done after an initial degree and can be upto another 3 years. Any help gratly appreciated!
