Twoply 0 #1 February 25, 2009 Hey! I went back and forth for a day and I sold my hosue today! About $5000 off the asking price, but that isnt too bad in this market. I'm downsizing house size but also upgrading to a lot over an acre so I can tug the kids around on the 4 wheeler in the back yard and pee off the front deck without being stared at. Just so happens the house is primed and ready for a 1600 ft addition that will make it a palace! Happy happy happy! Oh and I got pulled over by a cop today, and he let me go! Myself, along with the rest of the homeowners association, took up a collection among the residents to raise the money to buy your house. Even in these tough economic times, we all thought is was well worth the price to get you out of the neighborhood. Either way, please be sure to let me know your move out date, as were planning a little block party - for the day after. If you would have just refrained from peeing off of your porch none of this would have happened. Even if you had restricted your peeing to night time hours, that might have been OK, but to be doing that during the day (need I remind you that you were 'out there' during trick or treating last year) is just not acceptable.
