grannyinthesky 0 #1 March 2, 2009 0:5:0 Unless I missed it, I haven't seen a numbers post for a week or two. I had too much fun this weekend to not post. For a weekend that was supposed to be windy and rainy, well, the weathernan blew it this time. Five jumps and not all hop n'pops either. JohnMitchell 16 #3 March 2, 2009 Saturday was okay. Got in two jumps, one from 11K, one from 8K, before my sinuses made me quit. Still shaking off a head cold from last week. Vskydiver made one more, a 14 way from 8K. She had a hella nice swoop on that one. That girl is fast.

Peej 0 #11 March 2, 2009 DOH! Oh you're good :) The surprising thing is, instructors have beers rules too! Call a mask "googles" and that's a beer Call fins "flippers" and that's a beer Leave your cylinder standing up un-attended and that's a case, i was laughing the whole time Advertisio Rodriguez / Sky

Taped up for last night's game and figured out where to put the support straps for max effectivness. It felt okay and I think I can jump with it A-taped. We play for the championship next Sunday so if it survives that game, I'm golden & no more lacrosse until summer field season. I'm trying to weasel a Stilletto 150 outta Skip in the mean time. Finally got back in the air last weekend (2/21) after 18 months. With my modest jump totals and a decades-long hiatus from the sport I'm basically starting again with AFF. Did my release dive this weekend after a 'refresher' dive last weekend. I think I was a bit nervous about being released in freefall for the first time in 20+ years but it went well! At this point I will drop to one instructor on the next jump and the cost will drop a bit, so I'm hoping to do two next weekend!
