Sick at work... :-/

I'm in such a fog from all the cold/allergy med's and I'm still miserable - feel like someone is stabbing a pencil in my right ear, and my eyes are going to explode from my head.

The next hour will seem like an eternity before I can leave for the Dr. office.... Still debating whether I'm going to come back to the office or home to bed after the Dr..... I hate being icky....

I am feeling icky today as well...

Just hot and flushed like I am getting sick. The 8yr old has strep so i am really hoping I am not getting it...

Or it could just be the allergy med's i took today that are making me feel icky.

I don't think I'm contagious... Been sick since last Thursday and the hubby is okay. It started off as allergies, and I think it's now full blown sinus/ear infections from the allergies (I go through this every year - usually doesn't happen till May, but Florida triggered my allergies early). Off to the Dr. to get some antibiotics for the ears.

Go to the sawbones - Odds are you'll be prescribed a bunch of pills - Go home, drink a shot or three of whiskey, take the drugs and get some rest.

I'm not a doctor, but I played dr a lot as a kid.

My advice, is, go to a real doctor, get lots of meds, go home take each pill with a shot of bourbon / whiskey / rye / beer /vodka / what have you.

You will feel MUCH better in a day or so, once the hangover subsides.

No charge for this fabulous advice, by the way. Feel better!

Fortunately, I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug, uh, regimen to keep my mind, you know, uh, limber.

My baby took care of me last night... made my favortie comfort food, and tucked me in. He's so good to me.
