RALFFERS 0 #1 March 9, 2009 Anyone on here ever renew their insurance license? It's been 2 years since I got my Property/Casualty & Life/Health licenses, in the state of Illinois & thus I'm up for renewal. I'm not working in that industry right now, but want to keep my licenses [they cost me a good amount of money to get] in case I ever do return to that type of sales, or they come in handy some other way. I'm trying to do the 30 continuing education credits through Noblece.com, but the thing is that, between the screen where I put my student information & the screen where I enter my payment info I get a quick screen [it comes on for 4-5 seconds] that says: WARNING: Course Repetition Our records indicate that you are choosing to repeat a course(s) before being allowed by your state. Please click on the Continue Shopping button below and choose a replacement course(s). However, this is the 1st time I'm up for renewal, & I have never taken of these courses; I clicked a couple different courses & the same thing happens. I have till the end of the month till my licenses expire [but the state needs 14 days processing time] so really I only have till the end of this week to get this done. Has anyone here had a similar problem whether trying to renew through this provider or a different one? Maybe it's just some kind of technical error on the page? skymama 37 #2 March 9, 2009 Just use the Contact Us link on the website and call Customer Service. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
RALFFERS 0 #3 March 9, 2009 Yeah, I should of thought of that before posting... The rep I talked to got me all set up & everything is good to go; the only thing I REALLY didn't like about calling in is you have to give them your SS# so they can identify you as an actual licensed producer in the state. It would be so easy for the [not so great] state of Illinois to issue ID #'s to all of its agents, so we wouldn't have to give such personal information as a SS#.
