Icon134 0 #1 March 24, 2009 I turn 5 today around 4:00... I ran into one of my first jump AFF instructors (who I hadn't seen in almost 4 years...) this winter while on vacation in eloy and at that time I found out that my other level 1 instructor came into a lot of money a few years ago and is no longer jumping... There was one other person in my FJC I don't know if he is still jumping today... as I have moved since I started skydiving... all in all it's been a good 5 years... I finally just managed to get my D-license... Over 750+ jumps I've made some really good friends (including my fiancee)... and unfortunately lost a few too many as well... Jumping has taught me how to live life to the fullest and not to take it too seriously because even if the planned jump doesn't quite work out its ok because everyone landed safely after just jumping out of airplane... which is really quite awesome... I've also seen some amazing things... (like flying my canopy near a 7800 sq ft american flag) I love the simple release of all the stresses of the outside world the moment you let go of the side of the plane and all the focus is on what you are doing and what needs to be done to save your life... Thanks for all the fun these past few years hope to have a lot more in the years to come!!!Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife... Only way to keep that money is to give up the sport. Congratulations on reaching a new milestone! I'm glad the sky has been good to you.TPM Sister #
