"With my daughter at the airport I was startled by a paparazzo, who I quite understandably mistook for a zombie." The unnamed TMZ photographer, whose footage has been posted on the tabloid web site, filed a complaint with authorities accusing the actor of damaging his camera and pushing him in the face. No charges have yet been brought. Harrelson also had an altercation with a TMZ photographer outside a Los Angeles nightclub in 2006. According to CNN, prosecutors declined to press charges against Harrelson in that case, but the photographer, Josh Levine, filed a civil suit last year asking for $2.5 million in damages. Dude! Woody knows that it'll never go to trial - they'll settle prior to that. So he might as well get a verbal jab in at the photographer.
