I think it needs the following;

MERS in the fuselage with pop out electrically operated doors and a nose mounted minigun.

A HUD would be an easy upgrade.

Maybe some Chaff and Flare dispensers as well.

That should clear out the senior citizen air traffic around the DZ

Since the piston-powered Velocities already have a great reputation, this new design has promise, certainly much more promise than the early 1990s Jet Cruiser.
At first glance the canard looks a bit too small. Just hope they have they have the engineering savvy to enlarge it early in the process instead of numerous bandage fixes on the Jet Cruiser.

It's worthless - you can't jump it!

If you try and go under the wing you'll break your neck, and if you try and go over the wing, you'll get chopped up in the prop.
