Biggest Loser workout

Thought I'd post this workout on here for anyone who's interested. A few weeks ago Jillian talked about the Deck of Cards workout. I've done it a few times and it's kicked my ass. Here it is: Shuffle a deck of card, each suit has a different exercise and you do the number of repetitions that the card says
Face cards-10 reps
Ace-1 min break
Diamonds-pushups
Hearts-Lunges
Spades-crunches
Clubs-reverse crunches

I actually do almost the same thing, except the exercises.

Diamonds-Diamond pushups
Hearts-Normal pushups
Spades-Crunches
Clubs-Situps

Put your index fingers and thumbs together - it makes a sort-of diamond shape.

Diamond push ups are done with your hands shaped in a diamond form centered in front of you. Put your index fingers and thumbs together forming a diamond.

Here is a good list of some tricep exercise. I really like the work I get from doing the Skull Crushers. These are best done with a barbell, but you might be able to do them with dumbells.

If you have no access to weights, try the following:

Close-grip pushups - first try them from your knees, then switch to the normal pushup position (with legs fully extended), then elevate your legs using a bench or a chair to give the muscles a bit more workout.

Tricep bench dips - first you can start off by resting your feet on the floor, then you can increase difficulty by elevating your feet with another bench (or chair if you're working out at home).

For an even more difficult variation, try both of the above exercises while resting your feet (for the first exercise) and hands (for the second exercise) on a medicine ball. That will really force you to work those smaller stabilizer muscles that are sometimes ignored during typical workouts.
