Nataly 38 #31 May 10, 2009 A really easy one (and delicious!) Use tinfoil to bake your fish in (2-3 fish per sheet).. Cut several slits on each side about an inch apart - not deep enough to slice right through the entire fish - just about half-way. Cut an onion into slices. Put the slices in the slits you cut in the fish on both sides. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and pour over a bit of soya sauce as well. Fold up the sides of the tinfoil and seal. Put in the oven until cooked. I'm never quite sure how long, but you can always pop it out and check it's cooked with a fork. It ends up steamed and baked at the same time & is *lovely* "There is no problem so bad you can't make it worse." - Chris Hadfield « Sors le martinet et flagelle toi indigne contrôleuse de gestion. » - my boss
