I always get a little buzz because I taste them and want them to be good. Fyi, I haven't even baked the goodies, yet. I'm having relatives from Peru visit tonight. Especially if you serve them with a little whipped cream on top. You get flavors like Peaches & Cream and Strawberries & Cream. REALLY good stuff. And the booze isn't overwhelming... so you can eat a lot of them Uhh... do not attempted to make champagne flavored jello shots out of unflavored gelatin and champagne. That experiment failed miserably. My brother had a couple of little hamsters as pets, when he was young, and his fiance (a hard-core animal lover & vegetarian) runs a doggie rescue. We're all animal lovers here. Besides, I don't usually crave meat. Fyi, Peruvian dishes are quite varied. I tend to prefer ceviche, an incredible Peruvian seafood dish. It's amazing. I've always craved seafood much more than meat, but if I do eat meat, Peruvian Lomo Saltado is out of this world! There are endless Peruvian dishes...with or without meat. I've never actually had a craving for guinea pig, either. Sorry! It's not as common as Jeannie is making it seem...hahaha. I doubt my cousins would be into it!
