Word Search help

I have to write some BS letter about myself, but can come up with the appropriate words- It's one of those 3 words to describe yourself BS.
I've looked online but havent really found anything appropriate.

1) what's a single word to describe some one as "Calm and Collected" - ie stays calm and thinks clearly under stressful situation. Like every single skydiver who has ever lived.

2) Leader: someone who can both lead and take direction. Not a pompous freak who thinks he/she knows everything.
I was going to use the word leader, but that seems a little pretentious for someone applying for the lowest job of the totem pole and may give off the wrong impression (relatively speaking - 1st year Medical resident)

3) Someone who can change as situations demand it. I'm thinking adaptable or dynamic.

It's the whole 'single word' thing that's the problem, and seems like a pointless restriction. I can think of any number of 2-word phrases for each of these.

I had a look here.

1) What about 'unruffled' or 'unflappable'? They also list 'levelheaded' which is probably best, but I don't like it as a single word.

2) How about 'collaborative' for number 2? That's the best I can do to suggest someone who is team minded.

I think you've already got good words for point 3.
