Blinkers

Are they really that fucking hard to use??

Yes they are - you have to use one hand to drive, and with the cell phone in the other hand, you don't have a free hand to use the blinker. What a silly question. Do you expect people to interrupt their conversations every time they need to turn? That would be rude to the person on the other end of the phone.

I've been driving these same roads since I was 14. People ought to know where I'm going by now.

When the offended individual is doing 50 in a 65, and I pass by redlining in 3rd at 105 it doesn't much matter as the blast from the quad pipes says what needs to be said.

I hate the blinkers left on, that's all that really bothers me bout em.

I always use mine... although, I think the bulbs have been burned out for a couple of years now?? Anyway, I never fail to push the little handle thingy everytime I turn. I kinda like the way the dash light just comes on and stays on without all that anoying blinking and shit. And, when I forget to turn off the damn thing, no one cares.

They are put in the car for a reason, to be used.

But but bugs me the most is people who leave them on. You'd think a car company would come up with a 2 minute automatic shut off. If left in the on position for 2 minutes they shut off.

The same with 120-150 mph speedometers. They wouldn't put triple digits on the speedo if they didn't want you to go that fast! But, blinkers? Who the hell has time to use the blinker at 150mph?;)

There are actually a few cars (like a 2002/3 Chevy Minivan) that has a warning "ding" that sounds like a seatbelt warning if you have drivin for more than 2 miles with the blinker on...jez sayin!

I'm from Europe, I use them religiously, unfortunately that doesn't mean people will actually notice them. People have gotten so complacent about them that they have forgotten the meaning.

My car just has gotten trashed in front of my house as I was turning right into my goddam driveway because a dickwad chose to ignore my RIGHT blinker and proceeded to pass me illegaly on the right.>:(:(
