Psychometrics can compare how good people score on a particular test, but that doesn't equate to intelligence. They are biased in many ways, culturally, sexually, racially, and many more. Even the APA, who is a strong advocate of psychometrics, says that they only predict performance related to school and work, but NOT parenting or other social indicators.Trapped on the surface of a sphere.
