JoeQ.Public 0 #1 June 11, 2009 If you were cruising the Craigslist personals and figured out you found someone you know looking for what you were looking for would you make contact? I'm talking about like a couple looking for another and it is people you have known for a while or maybe it is a customer of your business or something strange like that.Very soon, an honest person will not be able to sing the last 2 lines of our National Anthem:::Practice safe dining....use condiments
nanook 1 #2 June 11, 2009 Maybe you should chance on this person out in public and not let them know you've seen their ad. Strike up a conversation and see if anything clicks. Just because someone is looking for something similar does not mean you are going to be attracted to each other._____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln

k-dubjumps 0 #5 June 11, 2009 QuoteDon't tell me you have never looked at the Craigslist personals in your area. I read them all the time. Its my daily entertainment! There have been a couple of times where I thought to myself, "hmmm, I wonder if that's who I think it is," especially when they include pics with a missing face. Set up an anonymous email account and reply to the ad. That's what I did when curiosity got the better of me. Sure enough it was this guy I know from work. When he sent me his pic I just responded with, "its a small world, we work at the same place and I don't get involved with people from work. Good luck in your search." The CL world is definitely a small one!Adrenaline is my crack DPH #3 D.S. #16 FAG #12 Muff Brother #4406

It so much more fun to stalk them. I say set up a survalence on them and send them notes with candid pictures of them in various locations throughout the city and even outside the city (that last part REALLY gets the juices flowing) Then a picture of their Craigs list personal EXCEPT - photoshop "Taken" or "Engaged" in Bold in several of the answer spaces. They'll get the idea and immediatel;y become submissive and accepting of the idea - THEN you can make your move - Just show up and wait for them to come home - and ALREADY have dinner ready for them in their apartment - Nothiong shows them how much you care like a home cooked meal.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

banesanura 1 #11 June 11, 2009 I'd respond. It's happened to me many times. I've had my guy friends find me on CL posting. If it's some one you know it wouldn't hurt reaching out and saying hi. Once I had a scavenger hunt through out chicago during my lunch break. I was bored and I needed a little break. So I posted that I what I was wearing...etc and said that if you see a brunette woman walking, ask for the time. If she gives you the real time its not me, BUT continue the conversation...etc. I thought no one was gonna find me...then some one asked for a lighter while I was smoking. 2 minutes later I got an email from my blackberry saying "I could have used the lighter in my pocket" It was a fun night... but anyway...contact them, it will never hurt.
