councilman24 37 #2 June 29, 2009 I'm moderately confused. I haven't seen a bike like this before. How does the front wheel turn? I can't tell what is functional and what is dress in the photo but it looks like the 'fork' comes out of the bottom of the frame horizontal to the road. Not mention I think it's ugly.
