I didn't see one of you holding a copy of PARACHUTIST by the Mt. Fuji sign. Thank you for your service to our country. I'll get the parachutist picture on a day I PLAN to climb the mountain... I forgot water... much less a magazine. I'm gonna do it again from the bottom instead of the lookout point. Next time, I'll bring the magazine as well as food and water. Some people refrain from beating a dead horse. Personally, I find a myriad of entertainment value when beating it until it becomes a horse-smoothie.

kbordson 8 #29 July 6, 2009 Rode 4wheelers in the Black Hills. Shot auotmatic firearms, got some good "dope" for the long range toys. Played with fireworks. Just a typically normal 4th of July.
davjohns 1 #30 July 6, 2009 I worked. What else? I'm in Baghdad. Shooting fireworks would have caused all kinds of havoc. :) I did get a day off on Christmas last. Played crickett with the Brits and Aussies. They're all gone now, though.I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet.. But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.
aresye 0 #31 July 6, 2009 Did a night jump as the fireworks were going off. Opened at 11,000. Was during twilight hours, and could see the light on the horizon. Full moon rising in the sky, black thunderclouds in the distance, with lightning. Calm winds both aloft, and on the ground. Could be possibly the coolest jump I have been on yet.Skydiving: You either learn from other's mistakes, or they'll learn from yours.
