Rookie120 0 #1 July 10, 2009 So my stuborn ass has been backed into a corner with no way out. I have fought a good fight but in the end I have lost. I keep telling Nicloe that I would call the Doc but never do so yes my wife made a doctor's appointment for me behind my back! I guess she got tired of me complain about the pain but not doing anything about it. I have avoided going to see a specialist for years to look into my severe acid reflux just because I don't like going. I see my family Doc once a year for a checkup and he has told me to see a specialist. I cannot tell you how much I hate going to see the Doc. I dont know why. I just do! I guess this is for the best since it has really started to effect my sleep and other things. I lost weight, changed diet, stopped chewin and take my daily Nexium. the final straw was when I sleep and stuff decides it wants to come back up. Nothing like waking up and choking at the same time. The worst part was the weird feeling under my nose from the antiseptic wearing off and my throat was a little sore the next day. I didn't have a gagging reflex, but maybe I'm just well trained.
