I just received my first check from the great state of Alabama, for overpayment of child support. I can now legally stop the garnishment from the wages, and expect Alabama to pay me whatever I pay too much.

My daughter Turns 18 in January. I told her Mother I want a Bill of sale that says PAID IN FULL. (She just laughs and reminds me about College.. My Payments actually go UP but I dont have to write the EX the Check and that makes it sooooooo much better)
