( have you seen that one, Krisanne? ) I like Brie, Sapsegol (spelling?), Camembert--yes, even stinky cheeses I like!!! I think one of the best cheeses I've ever tasted was a Chapli' ( again, spelling?)--a French cheese made with champagne.
