Is that the guy who is on all the billboards around here? What a shame. If he had the same attitude as most skydivers do, at least he went out doing something he loved.

That's too bad for him and his family. Its also the first in what should be a number of deaths in association with this year's Sturgis. Those families will be just as hurt, as well. Its too bad that cagers are clueless and riders makes mistakes. When you put them together death occurs.

Sure, but it'll probably start with a simple traffic offense, like unsafe lane change. The local DA will probably examine the case and maybe even present the evidence to a grand jury to look at whatever negligent manslaughter type charges that state has.

The impending civil suit will probably take a few years to clear up as well. Either way, the driver's moment of inattention will cost him a LOT of money and a significant part of his life, even if jail time never occurs.
