aresye 0 #34 August 20, 2009 Try going to bed no earlier than 11pm, and waking up at 4-5am every day for a whole 5 day work week, only to have a 14hr work day, starting off with holding hands in the 54 degree surf for 3-4 sessions of 10-15min. Then you get 30min to eat, before you sprint a mile, PT for over 2hrs, and then complete a 4mi run. Then you lay in the surf again holding hands, singing songs. Then you carry a telephone pole while doing lunges and races for 3hrs. Then you can finally get some sleep, after you get your stuff ready for the next day. Oh wait, it's already the next day. You go to bed at 12am, and wake up at 3:30am, to complete a 4mi run at 4am.
