So I'm sure well all have that guy who's running around town...

Well this guy always runs around Chicago, goes to concerts with holes in his shirt and generally plays hackey but always dances.

Not insulting his character, but applauding him for staying true to his own special ways. When I saw the video I laughed, because at EVERY concert he does the exact same thing.
