MrDree 0 #7 September 2, 2009 The tackle is clearly done too late and in a very dangerous manner. I've seen far worse, but still it's a clear case where the red card was totally justified!"One day, your life will flash before your eyes. Make sure it's worth watching." Bibliophile 0 #17 September 4, 2009 This is not uncommon in MMA either. You are taught to slowdown your kick if the other guy is going to check it. skittles_of_SDC 0 #18 September 4, 2009 OMG. I hate watching those videos but I just can't look away. The worst part about those is those guys are standing and they try to put that foot back down.

Video of the injury happening. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OapMvlhZOQ X-rays of the guys leg after. http://www.beglium.be/magazine/wasilewski_zijn_been/image/1 I don't like broken legs. One second you're having oodles of fun, the next second you're sitting on the ground counting your parts looking at ankle joint, knee joint, between joint. Between joint? that wasn't there before. You talk to your friends "I just broke my leg" and they make the radio call that you just sprained your ankle "no, it's broken." Nerve damage sucks more than broken bones though. skymama 37 #20 September 4, 2009 I can't believe the player in the red had the nerve to argue the call. It was totally intentional. You can tell because he turned his hips in order to stomp down on the guy. I read that he's banned until November. IMO, that's not long enough for potentially ruining someone's leg and career. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
