USPA went above and beyond

So I am a fan of USPA on facebook, and yesterday (maybe the day before) They had a post talking about October's new issue. I added a comment saying that I had never gotten my September issue since I moved. A few hours later I got an Email from the director of memberships, Clint Vincent, who had looked up all my info and told me that they would send me another one asap. Just thought that it was really cool that I was just bitching about not getting one and someone actually went above and beyond to do something about it. Now that is customer service :) Thanks USPA!

I've never had a problem getting a new copy of my issues.

When I was in Korea they(mail service) lost a lot of my issues. I would request a new one and it would arrive in a manilla envelope.

I think it was someone in the mail system who liked the magazine.


I don't understand why many people think the USPA won't help them if the current issue never showed up.

In my few dealings with them they were always awesome. USPA and USAA are my only two companies on the list of EXCELLENT customer service.
