One of the people behind me could hold it in no longer. She talked about her husbands sock issue for close to two hours this morning to two other caring souls. (Fortunately, lunch time arrived before she became thoroughly depressed.) The previous night, her husband was folding laundry when her friends stopped by. Before she could stop them, they saw her secret shame. Instead of folding his athletic socks into a tidy ball, he merely ties them in a knot and throws them in the drawer. Until now, she has kept them tucked away in the secret drawer. Who could bear it? Remember, this is a learned behavior. He probably was taught his laundry skills from his parents. Seek counseling.
