jdthomas 0 #1 November 6, 2009 I was skimming the article about jumping for the cause and I found it an odd choice of photos for the article. page 38 has a pic of 3 women standing behind a flag and the women on the left side of the photo was smoking. Is it just me or does a pictuer of a women smoking seem out of place for this type of event?www.greenboxphotography.com

Not Lung Cancer DUH You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! How's yours doing?

jdthomas 0 #4 November 6, 2009 I know the event is for breast cancer, but since the fact that smoking can cause cancer and not just lung cancer made the photo for that article seem very out of place.www.greenboxphotography.com
MikeJD 0 #5 November 6, 2009 Sounds like an unusual choice of photo, and maybe if someone had thought about it then they'd have chosen a different one. But I don't see anything 'wrong' with it. It'd be silly to pretend that people who raise money/ awareness for cancer charities don't smoke. Heck, plenty of doctors smoke!
skyrider 0 #6 November 6, 2009 If ya ask me anyoen smoking at a dropzone seems out of place to me, it is a healthy sport, seldom attracting the unfit! But to each their own, as long as they keep a good distance between me , My gear, and that cigerrette!

Heck, plenty of doctors smoke! That brings me when i worked for a hospital before the no smoking on hospital property's thing took place. there was a smokers hut. Simply a glass box that looked like a bus stop but with 4 glass walls and a door. the fan that was to take the smoke out of the hut had stopped working and within days the glass walls where brown and you could see through them but it looked like a really bad window tiniting and yet each day there where "health care professionals" in there smoking and smelling worse then when they wentt into the smoke sauna! NASTY!!!!!!www.greenboxphotography.com
