quade 4 #1 November 6, 2009 So with all the recent hoopla over "V" I wanted to mention another mini-series remake of a favorite TV series from my youth; The Prisoner. I absolutely adored this as a kid and I'm really hoping this remake lives up to the premise. With Ian McKellen as Two, I have a lot of hope. Check it out; http://www.amctv.com/originals/the-prisoner/ Oh and they kept the look of ROVER. That alone just makes me giggle like a 12-year-old fan boy.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver

I have been watching all of the originals they have stashed in ON DEMAND. I remember the original and used to love it and still do. I think I am picking up a bit more this time around. For what its worth they had a recent Antiques Roadshow on BBC America that they filmed in Portmeirion, Wales, the location shoot for The Village. The US distributer is here in Denver: http://www.uscaterham.com/"There are only three things of value: younger women, faster airplanes, and bigger crocodiles" - Arthur Jones.
