Just finished listening to their first release in over ten years. It's terrific from start to finish, and stays true to their old sound, even vocally without Layne Staley. Jerry Cantrell is brilliant and if you haven't heard this album or his solo work I highly recommend giving them a listen.

Be humble, ask questions, listen, learn, follow the golden rule, talk when necessary, and know when to shut the fuck up.
