I wish I could be more specific, but by the time I was able to pay full attention the subject-matter had changed. I have tried Googling for more info, and am coming up empty-handed. Perhaps I heard incorrectly. If anyone is familiar with what I might be referring to and/or can help me find more information, I would greatly appreciate it.
