TALONSKY 0 #2 June 6, 2005 I have never had any problems with my Protrak other than losing them. You should contact L&B. They have the very best customer service and I am sure they would gladly help you out. Kirk
upndownshop 0 #3 June 6, 2005 common problem. They have gotten better, but you must be careful when replacing the batts. Your local gear store should have some in stock for free, or just a small fee. If not try L & B but I always kept them in stock, along with the springs.
Reginald 0 #4 June 6, 2005 I had one crack when I tightened the screws too tight. I emailed L&B and then shipped me one for free right away. Hell they even included a couple of spare batteries for free."We've been looking for the enemy for some time now. We've finally found him. We're surrounded. That simplifies things." If the spring is missing and the battery doesn't make a good contact, you will find yourself replacing the battery VERY often. I am speaking from experience on this one. -OKTime flies like an arrow....fruit flies like a banana
flyinfree 0 #8 June 7, 2005 Email L & B and they will send you one. It usually takes a couple days, and comes straight from Denmark. Excellent customer service!
