Probably because no one gives a crap about either of the teams. Another mediocre bowl with mediocre teams. If we had a play off system, then the game with teams like that would be interesting to watch since it would effect a later game.

The Fiesta Bowl was a good game, although I would have rather seen the two Cinderella teams play other teams then themselves.
