Sushi Afterglow

I made some poor mans Sushi the other day,

Poor mans Shushi = 1Lb of sardines, beheaded opened spine and gut removed then
leave for an hour immersed in white vinigar and some chopped garlic, you can add a touch of
parsley if you're posh, finger licking good.


I also do the same with fresh anchovy, but leave them in the vinigar till they turn white (couple of days)
