DrewEckhardt 0 #3 January 28, 2010 QuoteJust curious. I get the Saturday and Sunday New York Times plus the weekly Economist (which they call a newspaper and most people would call a magazine). Daily papers build up and never get read.

Southern_Man 0 #5 January 28, 2010 Nope, haven't subscribed to one in years. I get almost all my news online and don't have time to read enough of the paper every day to make it worthwhile. I also don't need the paper piling up."What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
JerryBaumchen 1,468 #6 January 28, 2010 Hi The, Almost every morning I get up, get cleaned up, grab my daily paper & head out for my coffee. My day starts with coffee & the paper. Old school, I guess. JerryBaumchen

Andrewwhyte 1 #18 January 28, 2010 The National paper started being delivered daily about 3 months ago unsolicited. I enjoyed reading it every day. It stopped last week. I am still pondering whether I want to call them and subscribe or not. I could see subscribing on line if I buy an iPad any time soon.

JohnMitchell 16 #22 January 30, 2010 We took the daily local paper for years, but 5 days a week I read it at work, would come home and find the morning paper still in the driveway; no one else had bothered at our house to read it. Now we just take the Sunday paper. I don't particularly like online news or TV news, so I do find I miss a lot of stories if I don't catch them at work. There is something nice about a cup of coffee, the morning paper, and a quiet corner to sit with both. Too bad I rarely have time for that.
