Squeak 17 #1 February 20, 2010 For any Ducati (or Guzzi) riders here, I ordered some 4 pot 40mm Brembo Calipers for my LM5 Rebuild, consequently there was an error in the order, and as soon as I told them they went out of their way to make it right for me. They got local guys to send me a new caliper (unfortunately didn't work) then sourced the correct gear for me locally. then refunded all of my out of pocket expenses. All of this was done with out any problems and the refunds were offered not requested. Sure the error should not have occurred, but shit does happen EVERYONE makes mistakes. It's how you deal with those mistakes that will make me a returning customer or not. Bevel Heaven understands what Customer SERVICE means.
