Quick question for any law enforcement savvy people here

It all depends on the conditions of your parole!

Check with your PO to know. The safe answer is to refrain, since you're playing with your freedom by pushing the limits of the conditions of your parole!

I will tell her to try and stall the test.

Heh, good luck with that. That sort of activity usually increases the watchful gaze of a PO!

If she doesn't want to play right while on parole, then maybe parole just isn't for her!

I think all the alcohol has been metabolized by that point. Blood or breathalyzer test for alcohol use, urine tests are for drugs.

They have tests that can detect Ethanol in your system back up to 3-5 days I believe. I thought no one on parole/probation could consume alcohol?

Depending on the testing method alcohol can in fact be detected in urine. I know many companies that do drug testing also test for alcohol. As to whether or not someone on parole would be tested that would be a question for the PO as several people have already mentioned.

Alcohol can definitely be tested for in urine. In California, if you are suspected of a DUI you are given the option of blood, breath, or urine. The BAC will depend on how much alcohol was consumed and the time that has elapsed since it was consumed.

They don't test only for alcohol. They test for ketones and other metabolites.

Drew has it right - check with the PO for conditions, but it's a fool's game to mess around while on parole.
