It's "Paris, Texas" by Wim Wenders
no skydiving in it
but it's long and slow.
What a difference watching it 25 years later
except for Nastassja Kinski, lovely

I remember it got a lot of critical buzz. I also remember slogging through it, wondering when the action would start. It had some good slide guitar by Ry Cooder and it had Natasia in it. Other than that, I don't think I'd recommend it. Maybe it was way over my head.
