1969912 0 #1 March 7, 2010 I went to the store for some breakfast materials and left my computer on. When I got back, there were at least twenty instances of Firefox Help opened and the FAYT window was open at the bottom with an unending stream of ";!". Firefox was totally locked up. Rebooted, but the keyboard wouldn't work, so I unplugged the USB connector and after plugging it back in, all was OK. My cat had been standing on the keyboard trying to eat the phone line going to my DSL modem. That's all. FallinAngel 0 #2 March 7, 2010 Lol! So far my cat has opened iTunes and played a track, shut down the computer completely, and printed a document. Cats are next in line to take over the world and they know it!!
jtval 0 #3 March 7, 2010 My cat hasn't done much in the last 20 years. It's been in a box under the ground for about that long. Thus far, Im pretty sure all my computer problems are not his fault. My photos My Videos

diablopilot 2 #5 March 7, 2010 I've had a theory for some years. Cats are actually a more advanced race than humans, however they have seen the effort that goes into being the "top" race and decided they didn't want the job. They have manipulated things to the end that "second place" took the job and became cat's servants all in one go...---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. siddacious 0 #6 March 7, 2010 Cats (and Chihuahuas) are generally much better than humans at discovering the "num lock" key. This can be especially annoying if you're using a laptop or keyboard with some of the keys having multiple uses. Hitting it a second time (the key, not the cat) will often restore the computer to a useful state.A dolor netus non dui aliquet, sagittis felis sodales, dolor sociis mauris, vel eu libero cras. BillyVance 34 #11 March 8, 2010 Not had any problems with the cats messing up the computer but my older girl would sometimes crawl around and push anything that could be pushed. Back then the computer was down on the bottom shelf. It's now up on the top shelf out of reach.
