What is Psycho Packing?

I've just been reading through some other threads and posts that refer to "Psycho Packing". Excuse my ignorance but what is it?

I've heard of Pro packing and flat packing and can do both but I've never even heard of this, let or lone know what it is!

It's starts out the same as pro packing, except for folding the canopy and putting in the bag part. In Psycho packing you flip the canopy over 180 degrees and roll it up like a sleeping bag from the top down then stuff it in the bag instead of S folding it.

There is a video on skydivingmovies.com that shows it. I think it was titled how to bag ZP in 60 seconds or something like that. You should be able to find it there with a search. This is something you should have someone experienced with show you in person.

In theroy, you can control what you do with the
nose and tail easier with a psycho pack. In practice, if you pack
correctly, it shouldn't matter whichever method you use.
The main advantage to the psycho pack seems to be that it
takes less time and you can pack it up smaller. If you go with the psycho pack, add a bridle extension of
about 4 inches at the canopy.
