N. Texas got 35 mph winds with gust in the 40's yesterday That shit just aint right. But March is the avg. windiest month in N. Texas.

Here in south/central Texas today I actually didn't get any forward penetration at 2k today! It has been a while since I have experienced that under what I jump.

Then it got really variable (over 90deg changes) and really gusty and my safety day wasn't going to be...so I went home.

Wind was fine in OK, but the ceiling was around 1000 feet all day. Yesterday, the ground winds were good, but around 50 knots at altitude. Freefall drift was a bitch!
