skittles_of_SDC 0 #1 March 18, 2010 I've been told it's quite a bit but I can only find average amounts not average number of days per year. I ask because my car is a piece of crap and I cant take it with so I have to ride a bike to and from school which if there is a lot of rain could really suck. And if it's really as humid as people make it out to be I better get some gold bond for the boys.

What will kill you on a motorcycle here are the old drivers who are brain-dead. Not wanting to include every senior citizen, just the ones that let their brains go to mush (non-skydivers). LadyDoc 0 #8 March 18, 2010 Yea, you can totally tell what time it is based on whether it's raining or not during the summer time. Mosquitoes are horrible. humidity is a killer. But, like the Captain said, the worst thing is the old drivers who should have relinquished their licenses back in the 50s but still drive and assume that, although they pulled out in front of you (going 50+mph) you'll stop for them happily. If you disbelieve everything because we cannot certainly know all things, we shall do much-what as wisely as he would not use his legs, but sit still and perish because he had no wings to fly.-JL

skymama 37 #14 March 18, 2010 Just arrange your classes so that you're inside from between 2-5. captain1976 0 #15 March 18, 2010 Figured he meant Bicycle when he said Goldbond, not motorcycle! Actually over 700 bicyclists are killed in the US every year and bike injury stats are under-reported, because the police often don't even bother to write up a report if the cyclist or bicycle isn't seriously injured. I pass these bikes all the time and wonder if they realize they're trusting their lives in several ways; ex: seniors, drunks, shit drivers, and worst of all, skydivers on their way to the DZ You live more in the few minutes of skydiving than many people live in their lifetime

(yeah they cost that much) So now I'm gonna have a whip. A really shitty one. but one none the less.
