My hats off to those who made this happen. -quote- We kicked off the new Sesame Street program (When Families Grieve) yesterday with the Joint Chiefs. Was well received. We will be starting the release of 300,000 kits tomorrow. The PBS Special associated with the program will air tonight (14 April) at 8pm on PBS. Hosted by Katie Couric. I encourage you to watch. IN addition to the Muppet sequence, we focused on 4 families who lost a parent to combat, suicide, heart attack, and breast cancer. Obviously heavy stuff and you might want to prescreen before having your kids watch. I think this is one of Sesame Street's best programs ever and certainly the toughest subject matter.
