I've been lucky enough to cadge rides from most of the top performers-I was green when Rob landed. Of, course, I'll never let him know that.

Yep, he told me before lunch that he's flying later today.

I'll tell you who is on my youngsters to watch list, Kendal Simpson. This kid is becoming an amazing performer and he's a blast to hang out with, too.

I got a ride in an aerobatic plane 13 years ago that my brother's best friend owns. He did all kinds of shit with it. cork screws, loops, barrel rolls, you name it. I was having a blast. He let me have the yoke for a while so I could do some stuff, and back on the ground he asked me if I'd ever flown before, and I said nope, that was the first time. He looked flabbergasted.

I'd love to do it again... I have an iron stomach.

Mike Mango and his wife are among the few I have met!

Other than when we did a Demo with Patty Wagstaff, she was a bit upitty towards us skydivers, but one hell of a talented pilot! Ws pretty kewl to be getting buzzeed by a plane while coming in for a landing...(she kept cirvcling us, it was for an opening shot to "Dare Devils Of The Sky" TV show for NOVA!)

If it's the Redbull guy, I think it's Mangold. I met him way back when he was still flying F-4's and skydiving. Pretty talented guy.
