Zep 0 #1 June 7, 2010 Last week I did a stock take of the freezers and in the offal freezer I had aload of lambs heads. So in times of crises I thought, what to do with these, answer baked lambs head. This weekend I moved 12 lambs heads thats 24 servings, guess those old recipies are still alive an kicking. Did'nt think to take a photo of the serving but it caused qite an impression, especially for the older generation of clients. Next time I'll post a photo of the dish.
