I'm actually having one removed from the back of my head this afternoon. The doc said it isn't pus, but dead skin cells. Yeah, I noticed some of the other videos down the right side mentioning cysts.... It explains the certain fatty consistency of some of the crap being squeezed out. I'm also reminded of the guy who tried to cut a cyst out of his arm and video'd the whole thing. You could see his hand trembling. Eventually ended up going to the hospital cuz he couldn't stop the bleeding.
