Your instructors would be the best people to talk to about this as they are aware of your skills.
But generally for a first canopy you are looking at a 1:1 wingloading, or there abouts so probably a 200-210.
The more experience will be able to give you better advice than I can.

Personally.. 1.15 is high for the first canopy. 200 pounds then add on your gear makes you more likely to be 230 or more exiting the plane.

Talk to your instructors, but something about a 230 is probally close to what they suggest.

the dealer you buy the container from will know what size container you need for the main canopy you are getting. they will also be able to tell you what sizes of reserve will be able to fit into that container. for reserves i personally go with the biggest one i can fit in the container without making it too tight.

as for mains, my advice is going to be the same as everyone else on here, talk to your instructors.

I bought a Pilot 210 by aerodyne as my first canopy, i luv the hell out of it. its reliable and incredibly forgiving. i plan on staying with that canopy til i can wring every bit of performance possible out of it.
